Today the day started with a thought in my mind that what We will do if the fossil fuels gets exhausted???Will the world come to a stand still or will it still continue????The event started at 7.30 am Jantar Mantar with a cycle rally,and got the answer of my question.In international markets with increase in petrol and diesel prices people have started using public transport and have started to find out other alternatives blessing in disguise for all of US!!The answer to my question was the use of bicycles,which do not require petrol,servicing,maintenance and the most important thing doesnt emit any harmful gases and helps us to stay fit.This movement today showed US the glimpse of our future.With such a huge support of young people -98% of US were of age 16-22 showsing how the youth has become more concerned and aware WE are the Future of The Nation & The Earth.
I was just having a look on the pictures uploaded on the website of the event and was happy to see that in every part of the world the youth has come out in such large numbers.When countries like Denmark,Japan,China,Norway,Sweden and Netherlands top the charts with the highest number of bicycles per person-
•People: 16,652,800
•Bicycles: 16,500,000
•Cyclists: ~99.1%
So just think! Ask yourself, when people of these countries can set an example Why ALL of US are still waiting?????????
